Milena oversees Ridgetop’s Contracts and Administrative functions, and has done so since joining Ridgetop shortly after its formation.  Well versed in both Government and Commercial Contracts Administration, Milena has extensive experience to bring to this important area. Milena handles all administrative, HR, accounting, financial and government contract management aspects of the business.   She has worked with DCAA personnel in establishing and tracking Ridgetop’s cost accounting entries and  procedures.   Prior to Ridgetop, Milena Thompson worked at FELS Baltech, the Eastern European subsidiary of Singapore 's Far East Levingston Shipbuilding Company and as a Business Development/ Marketing Manager for one of the largest and fastest growing Real Estate Agencies in Bulgaria .  Milena holds a MS in International Business from the University of Economics in Varna , Bulgaria and is fluent in several languages.
